Please only use Original Accessories*
with your mobile (chargers, batteries…): using adaptable or non-conforming
accessories can cause irreversible damages to your product and automatically
invalidates your warranty.
*Original Accessories are
the ones supplied by the Manufacturer of your product.
 Keep your mobile in a cool dry place. Avoid
contact with any liquid (rain, steam, sweat…): the oxidation of
the electronic boards that can result from such contact is a non-repairable
damage, and is not covered by the Manufacturer's warranty.
Beware of salt! Do not put your mobile in
sand and avoid contact with any salty environment since salt creates
irreversible oxidation of electronic boards.
Watch temperature differences! In particular,
avoid leaving your phone in your car in the sun in Summer …
Avoid shocks. Your mobile phone is a sensitive
product and, like any other hi-tech electronic product, it is relatively
fragile (watch in particular the LCD and antenna). Be informed that
breakages are generally not covered by the Manufacturer's warranty.
Therefore avoid shocks and protect your product with a leather case
for example.
Recharge your battery when it is empty:
only Lithium-Ion batteries do not suffer from the so-called " memory
effect ". For other types of batteries, we advise you to totally
discharge your battery before putting it on charge. To recharge your
battery before it's empty can create a memory effect that will penalise
its autonomy.
Do not try to open your product: none of
the electronic circuits inside are user-repairable. Send it for repair
to an accredited professional. You can use our returns procedure. Opening
your product automatically invalidates the Manufacturer's warranty.
